Starting to get this bike out together. Finally had a chance to get the chainguard adjusted to fit the 24” frame and coated in shellac. Also starting to test some parts and accessories. Still need to go through the hubs and pedals. The original cranks were bent so I used some from a 26” bike.

Great stance, love the tires. I always wanted to do a set of 24" fatties in a 26" frame. Years ago I bought a set of tires to do it, but it never really got off the ground.
I really like the tires, they are a bit of tight squeeze on 24" frame. They might be a little easier on 26" ballooner. I'm hoping that chain clearance doesn't end up being too big of a deal.

The whole look of this is drool worthy! REalLY DiG the wheel / tire combo!
The seat looks a bit too 'new' for the rest of it. I faded the color on a 'naner seat on Shelby Woody Flyer, by applying some paint, a grey in the case of my black seat, to make it look faded. You could do a light spray with rattle can, stand way back about 4 ft and let it mist over the saddle, not full coverage, but to get an effect like I did on my 'Cold Beer' sign on Beer Boy Delivery. I agree, the seat could use some aging. It's not quite as shiny in person. It has a fair amount of scuffs and a tear or two. I would have liked to have an actual stingray seat with some patina, but not really willing to spend the money on it. If I have a chance I'll see about the seat. I'm kind of running out of time on this one. There is a good possibility that I'll be out of the country for a couple of months during the first part of next year.

More accessories added.

I’ve had a set of delta hubba hubba lights for a while and I thought I’d try them on this build. The front set is nos. I think these were made for 26” wheels because they were a huge pain to get on there. I’m not totally sure if they are staying on this bike or not.

The headlight is a ball light that I got on rrb a few years back. I believe the bracket was on a Columbia fire arrow, and the original headlight had corroded to nothing when I got it.

While I'm not a huge fan of lights on muscle bikes, that headlight looks like it was OEM for that bike! Fits the vibe beautifully.

Not such a fan of the 'rocket lights' on this build. They are very cool however, and I'm sure would fit a different scheme well!

The headlight is definitely staying. I might shellac it so it matches the bike even better.

The other lights I'll leave on for a little while before I make the decision if they are staying or not. It's interesting because I like them better in person than I do in the pictures. I feel like this is sort of a pre muscle bike build, and they fit that idea fairly well.

Really like what you’ve put together here. The frame and the headlight are spectacular. 24” bikes are so comfortable; looking at yours makes me miss my 24” Typhoon. Yours will ride nicer than my Sting-Ray without doubt, and a really good-looking bike to boot.
