Re: 24" bikesAt 5'7", you can probably ride it, you may need a long seat post. At 6'2", that's how I ride 26". Some guys like to use the 24x1.75/2.125" wheels on 26" bikes with big 3" balloons. You might be able to trade it for a 26", or just find a frame w/ good clearance and do that yourself. If it's a skinny tire road bike, it's only good for a kid's bike.
