24" Fastback AKA Blu-Ray - Pic Heavy!!!

1979 Collegiate 3 sp Coaster - Added bars, seat, sissy, refelector, decals, A/S seat clamp & bolt and chainguard to get old skool Fastback / Manta look. Hope you enjoy. A little history about this bike. It was sold as NOS by a Schwinn Dealer who had it in the shop's attic for 16 years. Kind of cool.

Thanks all! It was a fun build. Everyone that sees it wants to ask questions about it - they think it's OEM. Unfortunately, It's for sale on flea bay - trying to raise $$ for my next project.

I think that the red 5 speed conversion will be sweet!! Maybe a suicide shifter would seal the deal Can't wait to see pics!

We need to start a club.Years ago i picked up a MantaRay frame,forks,sprocket&cranks.I built it up with what i had and it is a fun bike to ride.I need to spend some time on it adjusting cables and a little TLC.Ill go snap a pic and post it.I really like the condition of your blue fastback.It looks sweet.Ralph as alwayd you nailed another winner.I wished Corning wasnt so far away.I could come borrow some rims and frames and seats and sissybars and even a Gray Goast.lol haha

I put this together 9 or 10 years ago out of an old Speedster. It's the first bike I ever built so it holds a special place in my heart even though I never ride it and it sits in my basement.
