Amazon.com has Nirve 24" red wheels , $52 for front, $156 for rear, comes complete w/ cable and twist grip. I have used their rims on several builds w/ no issues.

I looked on Amazon and didn't see.I'll have to look again...
 
Can't help you with three speed, but I used the Wheelmaster wheels from Amazon on the Hot Rod Higgins. They are SERIOUSLY nice and beefy wheels. I think the front was like $18 and the back like $29??

I'll have to look those up..I searched 24 wheels and didn't come across those on Amazon...hmm..
 
Try searching Wheelmaster 24 2.125 and see what pops up. They had 1.75 and 2.125 width. I went with the wider ones. I think mine were sold through Niagra Cycles, so maybe contact them direct? You can see them on my Higgins in my signature line.

Awesome!! Thanks for your help..I almost bought the 1.75s,then decided to think on it came back saw this post and found the 2.125s
Thank you!!! I do have a 3 speed hub I was planning on using on another bike..hmmmm...
