i need 2 know how in the sam heck 2 get these off without tearin it up ....and advice ??? do i need a puller or is their a rat rod way of going about this ...thnx in advance ya ll ... :mrgreen:
thread the nut back on the cotter bolt and knock it completely out. After that the crank should come off, you may need to persuade it thought, try a wedge between the crank arm and bottom bracket.
replacment cotter pins are pretty common so if you wreck it they can be found..
