I have an old shimano 3sc 3 speed hub. I put a bigger cog on it to gear it down but now the wheel won't turn without a lot of effort. Is the chain too tight? Also, the axle seems loose. I've tightened the nuts as far as I could but its still loose. Is it a lost cause?
