30's mystery frame

I picked up this frame the other day and have no clue what it is. I also posted pics on the CABE.

gonna be tough to say for sure(looks like its been repainted at sometime)pedals have been changed(crank may or may not be original)id pull the crank and see whats stamped on it(if anything)
whatever it is id keep it :mrgreen: nice score!

Unfortunately, I have seen sweet heart chain rings on almost everything out there. I have a 1939 cleveland weld with the same exact chainring. I think I might get rid of the frame as I have too many projections going on right now.

actually its not
the 2nd top tube down is lower(which most of the elgins ive seen are)

Hello! I am looking for a frame like this for a rat project. If you are thinking of getting rid of it, what might you be asking for price? I have to admit that I have more to offer in trade than in cash....see my intro and you'll know what I mean. I have all sorts of stuff....anything in particular you might need?

I posted pics on the CABE and some thinks it is a 30's schwinn B-10 frame. I plan on holding on to it for now.
