Actually, if you get a chance to have a look at some Bismuth crystals I highly recommend it. It is a metal that forms geometric crystals as it cools and hardens, very awesome!

Bismuth also helps with.... heartburn, indigestion, upset stomach, dia......hey pepto... yea you know the jingle.
