36' elgin?

I am looking at this bike, but I have a couple of questions. is this a 36'? is the frame possibly bent? what would be a good offer?
the serial# looks like g26475

fork looks a little bent back, frame looks kind of caved in...

looks like chainguard is painted over chrome? missing the dropstand. I would be hard pressed to offer more than $50 for it if I had a use for the good remaining parts...

Interesting, it's a Snyder built bike, rare for Elgins. They more commonly made Hawthornes, like my 35.

So, you're about right on the year. Sinse it's a girls bike, likely not worth over $100. Neat though! -Adam
