I have a pair of nice 3 speed rear Sturmey Archer coaster brake hubs that are 36 spoke. They were pulled out of a pair of men’s and women’s 1964 Schwinn travelers. The one on the left in the pic isn't rusty, it’s oil and grime stuck to the shell. Both are grimy from being oiled and need a good cleaning, but both shift and brake perfectly.
