3spd sturmy archer hub adjustment

Hi,

I have a 3spd stingray and the hub needs to be tightened up, it feels like the bearings are loose. Does anyone know how to accomplish this?

If nothing else, I have gotta say that you want to monkey around on the NDS. The driver and all is best left alone if possible... make bearing adjustments at the left hand cone. I think Sheldon mentions that, too, but it's really a huge time-saver...
