Two questions:

How does the kickstand come apart?

How do I get the riveted headbadge off? Drill or is there a secret?

As far as the headbadge, you can usually push them out from inside with a screwdriver tip.

This reminds me of a story. Years ago I had a friend looking for a Columbia kickstand but couldn't find one. He found a frame with the kickstand on E-bay. Worked out a deal with the seller to just purchase the kickstand. When he received it the seller had just cut away the kickstand from the frame and sent it all to him as he couldn't figure out how to get it apart :shock:

BTW I don't know how they come apart.
