I know it is cheesy, but i came across two full sets of old billiard balls in my parents basement and I figured I would give it a shot. It wasn't too hard. Just drilled it out with a unibit, inserted a nut with nylon lock, added a little JB weld around the nut, let it cure and screwed it on. An now i got myself a high class 8-Ball Shifter.
