84 Super Viper is the Superest Viper I've ever had

Good couple days for vipers on this site! I lucked out yesterday. A girl in the LBS heard me mention Old Bmx bikes and she asked me if I wanted to see or buy one she had in the back. Why never asked if she had any 'in the back' is beyond me. I just thought a Bike crazy town like PDX they all would have been picked clean. Anyway here it is. Exceot for the seat being inexplicably pinched somehow, it is near perfect. Show chrome all over. perfect drop outs and grips that have never touched a sidewalk and only one place on the fork with a sticker scuff. Wow. Chain was replaced and there is no chain guard. Thanks! I have some Near NEAR almost NOS-ish 80s Cheng shin gumwalls for it. I dont know about that seat. I may try a heat gun from the bottom and try to un pinch it. Ideas?

LOOK AWESOME !!! As far as the seat pinch goes I would try some heat if needed but expect the coloring to get worse at the pinch, are the rails straight too ? May be best to pull the rails out first and see if the seat doesnt "remember" how it used to be a little.
