it pretty much looks like any other english 3 speed, made by AB Jackson Cycles in Birmingham which started making Bicycles in 1954 when they stopped making motorcycles. I'm guessing this one was made sometime between 54 and 60. the whole bike is in pretty rough shape and has been repainted. What's a good way to get the black paint off the headbadge without messing up the original graphix.
