I really like the floating logo!

From the left side it looks like filigree. Any other font would just look backwards but that one seems to work.

Maybe add something between the 'd' and the headtube to fill part of the space and further disguise the letters.

Not wasted. We try different approaches to see what works/looks best. It could have gone the other way, and your bar adjustment may have drastically improved the look. Then you would be saying how grateful you were to have made the change.

I am in a similar position with my grips. I 'wasted' an hour trying to revive a single grip that didn't turn out great, but it might have worked out perfectly. Then swapping out 3 sets of grips gets tedious and 'wasteful', but necessary to find the ideal.

Today I’ve gotten a lot done. But I’ve also gone around in circles a lot.

I’ve built the idler reasonably functioning. Functional enough to try it. But I’ll probably scrap it. It doesn’t do enough and clutters the bike

I’ve worked a lot with the position of the rear wheel to not have it rub the swing. Managed somewhat, but will probably go down a size in tire, because it is very small margins to have it work.

Repositioning the rear wheel in the dropouts meant I had to redo the rear caliper mount. It’s done and working great.

I’ve bled the brakes. Since I shortened the hoses, It was necessary.

I’ve redone the cable and housing for the front chain tensioner, the first one came out too short after some cockpit adjustments.

And here is a ride video. With idler in use and also disabled. And POV ride. It has been a very hot day here in Sweden, sorry about the euro style bathing shorts

Where once cargo ships and submarines were built, it s now only remnants left. And soon there will be nothing left of this historical site, as the huge buildings are slowly being torn down, giving way to residential blocks.

I found this sheet metal at the defunct shipyard, and found it suitable to add a flair of local history to my bike

Wow, man, this thing is beast!! When this build got underway I certainly didn't envision this bike coming out of it. Everything about it is so cool. Very primo build. One of my faves this time around. Congrats!

As voting continues, Acid is used for ice cream rides with my son.

These empty giant canisters of nitrous are thrown everywhere nowadays. Steel, so it will rust. Maybe it could be a nice addition to the bike
