I can't believe what someone did to that sweet looptail cruiser. I'd find out what that is and see if it's salvageable to it's past glory.
 
My plan from the get go was to cut off all the welded parts and build a cool cruiser but after posting the wheels for sale on another site , someone asked for pics of the whole bike and we made a deal on it ,so headed to a better place.
