Next up for deburring is the stem. Seems to take on the cast look before chrome application.
Going for the rough industrial on most of the chrome. Will leave the chain ring shiny for contrast. If anyone tries this make sure to apply a matte clear coat or stain of choice; of course if you like rust forget the sealers.
I am heating my parts up and dipping them in beeswax to anneal the finish to a dark iron finish.
