I have an idea ---take a girls balloon frame and mate a rear swing arm off a Suspension Bike Frame
One of the cheep type that has the BB as part of the swing arm.Then add a motobike type top bars to the girls frame and lower the seat tube.add brackets for the shock and a board track style seat(lowered)I'm getting the parts---!!!
