an old friend

[Hooch]

this last weekend I lost an old friend He was a hotrodder a mechanic a father a husband a friend, a cyclist and all around nice guy. he had ridden in RAGBRAI a few times and would ride 25-50 miles a week. he never understood my love for the vintage bikes even tho he was a vintage car guy. I always figured someday I would drag him to the "dark side".
Saturday he came home from a 20 mile ride. he was covered with dust and grass told his wife he wasnt feeling well and took a shower then she asked if he felt better he said no worse then he passed out. he had a major heart attack

he was 42 years old
he is survived by his wife and young son.
my thoughts are with this that we all really need to watch our health. no matter how active we think we are.
Scott will be missed
