any idea who makes these rims?

I dont know who actually "makes" them, but they come stock on at least one BMX-ish bike at Target. I want to say it's on a Mongoose branded Pacific.

I believe it's Mongoose who makes them. Someone in the Tampa area selling a Mongoose BMX on CL with those type of rims.

I've seen them on a Schwinn BMX, so also Pacific cycles.

I've also seen them on Mongoose bikes, you can also get many variations of these on Ebay. They are called "Fan spoke wheels"
