Hi,
A left crank on my Electra Rat Fink started to dangle and, as I found out, it was a result of its deformation.
I'm not the guy that can weld things or do anything that involves metal working, so I called my local Electra dealer and they said that they are going to order crank sets and other spare parts the next year (wut?).
American, French and British Electra dealers said that they also do not have these things and advised me to contact my local dealer.
Therefore, there's the question: where the hell can I get a regular Rat Fink crank?

P.S. do not offer me to replace the whole crank set cause it is awesome even when it's not functioning properly.

Might want to head over to electrabikeforums.com

I know some Electra folks actually post over there and might be able to help you. Good luck!

You didn't mention what part the world you're in, but out here in the U.S., we can call Electra directly and buy pretty much any part for any current Electra model. I kind of doubt you will ever find a dealer stocking various parts for various models, beyond the basic accessories (grips, seats, baskets, etc), and I just don't understand why an Electra dealer would not offer to order the part, for you.

A assume your talking about the left crank arm on a 2nd generation RF (3 piece crank)? How did it fail, exactly?

Soviet Яussia )
Local dealers said that that never occurred previously and that's why they do not have any cranksets for choppers (though they have a variety for cruisers)
And yes, I was talking about the left crank.
The deformation itself looks like this

Well, see......The cranks on my 2nd gen Fink (2009) are a different shape, and painted black, so different model years may have slightly different parts.

Your best bet is to find a different "available" set of arms, that you can live with, and get that sucker back on the road.
