Me and my dad went over to see his buddie's layout today, apparently it was just featured in a model railroad magazine last month. It was unbelievable to see all of the work he did, everything is weathered, a functionable turntable, the details are just amazing. Check out the little ice cream delivery bike in the one pic. My crappy pics don't due the layout justice but enjoy:

This guy is also into to large scale rc helicopters, just an awesome basement of toys.

wow that layout is pretty cool! i wish i had enough basement to permently set up my stuff! but alas, no room. so im stuck tinkering with my trains on the carpet like a little kid! ahh! :roll:
