It's like these Delta lights. This bike had a tank made for them. Short of that I don't know where you were supposed to put the green light. I've seen the red ones used for a tail light.

my local bike shop has them for sale i think they still have the original price tags on em ($2.29)

i picked up a couple for my burritto. sprayed em gold then antiqued em with black with krylon.

i believe these are were manufactured by flyte.
