From what i have heard those forks are dangerous, If you're doing jumps and whatnot...Not the best for trail riding or jumping...

The wheel set LOOKS ukai, But of course, I could be wrong...Araya Maybe?

But yes, if you ever consider the sale of the bike, Let me know...im interested.

I only use it for cruising around town, i use my cannondale F7 for trail riding n i don't jump much,
the rims say ARAYA Japan and its got shimano breaks.

the dominator was a brief, shiny, unsuccessful foray by mcs into mountain biking. imho much more appealing as a curiosity now than it was as a potential purchase then! it came with nice parts but was just too weird to be accepted from a company unknown outside the bmx scene. here's one on the trail. 1985? 1986? i forget. :)

That's exactly the type of info i was trying to find out, thanks.
I'm currently working on removing what little rust there is and replacing the cables n housings, other than that and the tires n 1 tube i think its all original too.

i'll bet you can make that thing shine like a brand new dime 8)

It already shines brighter than a dime and i got some chromax to get the dust n rust off and i can see myself in it now.

I have owned a Dominator since 1987. This bad boy has thousands of miles on her and still rides like new. Very well made and tough as nails! It is my go to off road bike in Florida.

Bert I am restoring a MCS Dominator, Doesn't have any decals on it. Does your dominator have decals on it? Could you send me pictures of the decals if you have them on your bike. Thanks
