I've got a fork from a 1949ish RollFast. The threads are a bit off and just need to be cleaned up. Does anyone have a suggestion of somewhere in Houston that would have a 1" 24TPI die that they could run down on the threads to clean them up? I already tried West End Cycles, and they just stared at me like I was from another planet.

Thanks,
Lucky Strike

I drive past there all the time! Thanks for the suggestion. I'll try them this week.

Blue Line Bike Lab...

EDITED:

They made a mistake, but fixed the problem at their cost. Which was not an easy fix. They are a stand up shop.
