Anyone in Raleigh North Carolina want to replace a car radiator?

My sister needs a radiator installed in her car. Dealer price was insane. Local service places want quite a bit too.

2012 Ford Focus Titanium edition.
No garage or driveway at her place.
I told them they could drive for 10 minutes, let it cool for 30, repeat so they could move it somewhere in Raleigh.
