all depends on what hub you are using. some are easier than others. with that said what shifter are you using?

I am using a shimano nexus shifter on my Rat-Trike. It doesn't want to shift forward, it wants to shift backwards. How do I correct this.

I don't want to do any machining. But thats what I want. Would a sram mrx grip shaft work on a shimano 333 hub? But yeah thats I want.

Whats pictured on my bike build called rat-trike, is what i am going to use. Would it work? Oh and magicrat what clip or holder did u use for the cable. I want to do something like that on another build later.

The top one is a single sided brake clip from my parts box somewhere.

The bottom one is from the local hardware store...ACE is the place.



Its like pullin' the pin on a Hand Grenade to shift this thing.
