I am trying to find a grip shifter for my kids sturmey archer 5 speed, but the only place I can find one is in Canada and doesn't ship to the U.S.. anyone feel like Re-shipping it to me if I have it delivered to your place? I could pay you or maybe trade something cool for your efforts..

Here is the item in question... http://www.ucycle.com/product/sturmey-archer-tss55-r5-5-speed-twist-shifter-2485.htm

Thanks in advance!!

Sorry if this isn't helpful, but what is the difference between the tss55 and the tss56? Looks like it's just the display; One's pretty basic, whereas the other one has little pictures of bikes going up or downhill.... Because the tss56 shifters are available everywhere online; might be the easier route, as the tss55 isn't listed in the current catalog.

I hear ya man, its just the looks... other than the new one also looks like I'd need a longer cable as well. Mostly just wanted to keep it "era correct".

I can get one in the UK as well and have a buddy ship it from there, but I figured I might get lucky and find a RRB bro in Canada that could do it for me before I go shippin it across the pond. :39:

I like that TSC50 alot better than the TSS56, I may go that route rather than hassling my UK connection!

Thanx bro!!

I'm in Toronto if you decide to go with that supplier and can pick up or receive and redirect when you decide.
Shipping could probably run you about $15 though in my guesstimation!
(tax me, I'm Canadian, that's our motto.)
Good Luck and you can PM me if you'd like my help.
