Well....first of all, Thanks for the replies!
Unfortunately, the video is somewhat useless
... troubleshooting the various adjustments needed to get these hubs to behave themselves seems to be a bit more complex
The manual for this hub and many others is no longer available on the link either.
It is available online and there is a link to a Cabe thread with some blow by blow instructions (sort of...)
I guess I'm fishing for someone who knows how to adjust these things personally, who might be able to provide some advice...?

Have not serviced a Morrow hub, but it has an oil port and in the video the guy says run 30 wt oil in it.Oh sweet!
I'm going to watch that tonight.
Took it apart anreassembled, but still growls when I ride it.
Braking seems fixed though
I have repaired a New Departure hub that also runs oil in the braking area. The Idea is the bearing grease in the wheel bearings act as seals and keep dirt out of the braking area and also keeps the oil in the center of the hub. I understand they recommened heavier oil in the New Departure like 80 - 90 Hypoid gear lube so it would stay in the hub (no oil port). I assembled mine with Lucas oil additive, very thick sticky oil. It acted strange and brakes were slow acting but in a few miles it was working great.
Good point HF...the issue I'm having is in the adjustment of the retarder spring and axle cone set up, the part where in the video the guy says...oh here's a spring, that needs to go back in or something LOL..
There is some finicky reassembly required there but I did get some old threads on the Cabe that seem to cover it.
