Anyone with a schwinn cycle truck?

Anyone here have a Schwinn Cycle truck they can measure, what's the length of the steer tube? I'm wondering if it will work on a project I have in mind but want a rough idea if it'll work before I go buy a frame.

The headtube on my 52 is right at 12.5 inches.
