ape hanger size???

I've got a question on what the standard size ape hanger are that came on some Schwinn cruisers. Were they 13, 15, 18 inch high, and how wide? I've got a Typhoon I want put ape hangers on, but I want it to look as stock as possible. Any help would be appreciated!

Apes came on 20" bikes typically,not Typhoons or cruisers unless someone put them on to suit their taste.
63 Typhoon

64 with apes (incorrect but cool),I took them off.

Apes varied in size,none will be correct for a Typhoon cruiser so just put on what you think is cool.

If your just trying to get the "era" so to say, 60's had wider ape hangers on the muscle bikes, by the 70's they got narrower, the bicycle safety police thought it would deter kids from riding on the bars making bikes safer for kids as the story goes.

Aftermarket on 26" as said above. But they look great on the them. Ricky's Panther is one my favorite bikes posted here.

Thanks buddy! Too bad it leads to more frustration than you'd think.I spend more time scratching my head about wich one to work on than I do getting anything done.lol
