They are a modern-ish (last ~25 years) chinese manufactured wheel. The hub design is used on current offerings. I'd guess they came on a big box store kids bike of some kind.

That's the same manufacturer I found...Asogo (Malaysian) seems to be a big distributor. Also all over alibaba and ebay.

These would have been the perfect wheel for my old lowrider. It was all curves. Even the crank arms were curved.

They either hint at being flowery or are mocking me for thinking that. Either way I'd avoid eye contact with them if I were you.
