Today I pulled up to a garage sale and saw this setting up against the guys porch and thought, surely that's not for sale.
But it was, that's why I have it (I didn't take it), the price was $100 but I slightly bartered him down to $90. Which was okay because I could tell he spent a lot on it and it was hard to let go.
Here it is, in as found condition except I aired the tires. All its missing are front brake pads.

It rides great, I think I'll slap on some white or cream tires and leather grip tape to go with the classic racer theme.

It even came with a Brooks!

And here's the company... http://www.windysloughbicyclecompany.com/
They have some pretty cool bikes, the owner said this was an older Schwinn roadbike that they modified with the extra truss bar. Overall, I think it was a pretty good day.

Nice ride - might give me ideas.

Tall frame though, you'd better be 6' 5" ... I can never find good road bike frames to fit my short-legged 5' 9" frame. :(

ENJOY :)
