Back tire, not rolling well.

Small bike and it doesnt seem to pedal smooth. I'm thinking that it might be that the center nuts are to tight? Ive had a hard time getting back tires tightened correctly, any advise.

When you hold the rear end up and spin the wheel, does it stop quickly? Does it have a crunchy sound or feel? Have you checked your Bottom Bracket?

No not crunch. But it does stop sorta quick like. Are you thinking bearings?

It could be to tight. best thing to do is loosen it a bit and see. Just hold the brake arm and loosen the cone on the other side a little.?

on a coaster wheel the brake side (with the coaster arm) cone nut usually tightens itself a little bit when tightening the axle nuts, loosen that side a little bit and try it out.

easiest thing to do is invest in a 15 mm cone wrench for those kind of tight spots
