Hello everyone.. these vintage bicycles are a hole new world to me. I was always into cars and never even took a second look at a bicycle, then one day a friend of a friend brought a vintage bike over to my house and I was shocked, I could not belive just how cool looking these bikes were. Well right at that moment I had to have one and the luck is he had a nother bike that I bought off him. Now what I would like to know is what the manufactor or even year is of this bike -it has no plate on the neck, if any one could help that would be great.

Looks like a Columbia based from the frame and front chainring. The top bar passing through the seat cluster is a good indicator of this.
Looks like the forks may be bent backward a little bit.

Nice find and welcome to the addiction.

Take the nut off the rear wheel on the sprocket side, there may be a serial number there starting with a letter. It sure looks like a Columbia/Westfield, I don't think those numbers on the BB are factory, too off center. They might be from a local police numbering deal back in the day. If you find that number, post it and I'll look it up in my book. -Adam
