Bell saddles - come with hardware or not?

I spotted some Bell saddle seats with red tags at our local walmart. One is the brown cruiser seat that I could find use for, if the price is right. All them in the store did not have any hardware that would go on your seatpost. Is that how they came, or did someone lose or pilfer the hardware?


If so, reminds me of the Target experience a few years back where I informed the sports department lead that all of their removable bike basket s were almost useless as they were all missing the handlebar mounting brackets.

All of the cruiser saddles that I have seen in Walmart,Kmart,and Target have springs with the rest of the hardware.The Bell brown cruiser saddles on walmarts website do too. But the road bike saddles in those stores just have the 2 rails.
