Best parts sites?

Other than used stuff from ebay what are some good sites for hard to find bicycle parts? I've found a few sites, but most of the stuff they have is for racing or mountain bikes. Not much really cool stuff. Thanks.

The best parts site is your own mind, imagine it and make it. Like frames and forks and handlebars. The basic parts you can get anywhere.
