best way to MOUNT a stretch cruiser on a BIKE RACK

whats the best way to mount this thing on my hitch mount bike rack?

i know how to obviously... but cant find the best way to keep it level and steady...

^ is the kind of bike i have...

Probably be a pain but, you could flip the bike upside down and should be pretty level.
