Since I don't have pics, a ballpark price will do. Looks to be late 40's early 50's. no skiptooth. Curved top bar. All original. Missing the tank. Nice chainguard rear rack and fenders. Complete front fender light. Nice original seat. Rims have rust, and most the chrome has rust. Paint is in decent shape with no rust on frame or fenders. Has the locking springer fork and coke bottle grips. Looks to be brown with white scallops. Trying to figure a price to offer the owner. Thanks

$100-300 when broken down to parts. The fenderlight and locking springer fork are probably worth $100 apiece.
