This is in "Dutch", so use your google translator, unless of course you can read Dutch. Talks about the FIRST highway in America (pictures) was made for bicycles, not cars.....Anybody in California know where this was?

one of the buildings says "Pasadena" so thats my guess. The Arroyo Seco they mention runs between Pasadena and Los Angeles basin near Eagle Rock. Looks like the area where the 210 and 134 freeways meet now.
