I've seen users fab their own using sheet aluminum and tin snips. A little more sweat and lot less $weat, if you catch my drift.

never had the moon ones, but rode a bike with the vynle ones, and this couldnt be truer. we have pretty gusyt winds here during spring and winter, and i wouldnt dare ride with these. but they do look sick!

im making some custom wheel covers for a project im doing and theyll be on some 80mm rims once i finsh them ill post pictures 8)

i looked at them but ended up getting the plastic ones from chopperus. maybe with a good plastic aluminum paint?
