Ok this worked so cool I had to post it. I'm bored and I figure I will tear down the bike I stretched and finish it. I had put it together to make sure it was comfortable ride wise before I wasted time on the bondo and paint. I had it hanging in my shop and figured I might as well take the stuff off the back while it was hanging from a hook in the ceiling. Took it apart and never had to lift it or bend over. It worked so good I didn't get out my bike holder clamp thingie. The cool part was since I was stripping everything anyway, I just took the fork stuff off and left the front wheel and forks hanging in the hook. Try this sometimes and you will see it works really good.
