Bike Brands, Manufacturers and Sellers

I thought a list for the How To category that contained the bike brands or models, who manufactured it and who sold it might be nice. Other tidbits of info might be nice like the time frame, store branded tires etc... For some reason Wildcat's post about his Sears with the All State tires got me to thinking about this. Identifying particular models might be a bit much but at least the brand names.

An example would be the Spaceliner sold by Sears manufactured by Murray.

I'll leave the rest up to you experts. We could get them all covered in this thread and then type it up nicely for the How To category.

Western Flyer Super sold at Western Auto made by Cleveland Welding Company (Roadmaster)

Easy, they are both Luxury liner variants.

CWC also manufactured Hawthorne for Montgomery Wards but which ones???

Elgin Bluebird sold at Sears made by Westfield Manufacturing Company (Columbia)

Huffman manufactured bikes for Firestone or Western Auto but which ones???
