I hope that they do watch the trends on here, but Huffy was on to this before Ratrodbikes ever existed. I have a Huffy Cranbrook I bought from Wallyworld more than 10 years ago that is black with white pinstripes, whitewalls, red rims, black sprung saddle, etc. I'll try to get a pic of it tonight. I wish Huffy's were still made in USA but I can understand the reasons they aren't.

This was the most striking "inspired" bike that I have seen so far...

IMHO that Yip San 'cafe' bike from the North American Handbuilt Bike Show takes the top award in the "I surf RRB but don't admit it" category....

Anybody remember the Huffy designer who was on our site a while back?

his nick was "huffydesigner" showed us some cool bikes that wouldnt make it too if i remember right.

Its funny though, if we copy each other its a form of flattery but we usually always give credit where we got the ideas from or who we copied, if a big name company does it, it seems a little offensive they didn't ask permission first or name the bike after the person who made it

Im still waiting to see who mass produces the KOTA fork first Huffy or Felt ?

I think you can argue this ^^^ uses style from Petrohead's "Deluxe 6 Rat Racer" and My "Bellowing Yellow"

I do think they made a cool bike!.... I would put yellow rims on.

Saw this one at 2013 NAHBS in Denver, by Donkelope Bikes. A few Rat Rod features. I have a better photo of the bike with the model, but I read somewhere no girls just bikes.
