Bike design software?

Anyone know of any software that will let you try out different paint schemes, parts, etc... on virtual bikes so you can visualize a concept before creating it? I've got a few ideas that I'd rather get a feel for before going ahead with.

Barring that I guess I could always use 3dsmax, which I know how to use, but I'd really prefer something a little easier to work with for quick idea drafting.

I'm not big with computers, but a friend of mine has a photoshop program that lets you "mask" a photo. It effectively takes differentiating sections of the photo and turns them into separate panels that you can segregate and apply colors and effects to. It's a little crude, but it helps when getting general ideas with layouts. I'm not sure how exact the colors can get but it helps you know how you'd feel about different colors or color combos.
