Bike Flights Charge Reminder

Most of you are probably quicker to learn than me: Bike Flights charges a $5.00 delivery charge for residential delivery which doesn't show up in the quote until the very end. I really like their service and their rates, but twice now I've forgotten about it and have chosen to "eat" the $5.00 because I'd already given the buyer a quote.

I've been real pleased with Bikeflights so far no complaints. I can give better deals in some cases. I forget about the $5 also. Doh!!!
