Bike Frame design idea the Circle

This just reminds me of the Colson's loop tail frames.

Here's an article about the Roundtail bike. Someone on this site should build a frame like this! No seat tube, has it been done? The idea it gives a smoother ride makes basic sense, maybe. Seems silly on a road bike but a cruiser, or mtb, could be cool.

I think this would be really cool if it was an MTB. Looks like something that came out of the 90s.

It's heavier but by grams and ounces. Think that bike is still 18 pounds. Road bikes shouldn't have suspension anyways, which is what this is.
