That's for a Monark, heck of a deal. Looks like it's missing the little pedestal, but what a score.
Thanks for letting me know what it was for, I will have to see if I can find a pic of the base and try and make something. I wasn't sure if it had a base or a flat spot on the fender

This one had the pedestal and sold for a pretty penny. The pedestals maybe reproduced, you might find one on eBay. Oh, and the top was a reproduction, yours looks original and has the lens. Again, sweet deal.
