This past Sunday we rode in the Christmas parade, the majority of the bikes were bikes that we had built, we had a blast! Here are some photos and a video link at the bottom.

Fun times.

Sorry I couldn't help it. Your pics remind me too much of

No worries, this is what I was attempting to do when we made the costume. So many people know that movie, I was yelling and answering quotes all through the parade.

I'd hear "Hey Buddy!" and I'd yell, Did Santa call you?!

I'd hear "What's your favorite color?" and I'd say I saw a dog today, have you seen a dog?

The most fun was when there was a large group of kids with young parents I'd look to the back of the parade then yell "SANTA'S COMING! I KNOW HIM!"

 Cool man that must have been real fun.

The parade here is at night & even my bright flash isn't that great at the distance everyone is at in the road, the road our parade is on goes through two towns.

I grew up in a town with night parades, so I am familiar, they can be more fun with all the lights.

We had so much fun, the tall guy on my other tall bike (seen in video) had never ridden the bike until the minutes before the parade. The kid on the red swing bike had never ridden it until the parade either, and he really showed it off well. My 4 year old son in the photos rode all through the parade, around in circles, popping wheelies, and even rode home without stopping, it was a long parade route for a little guy like him. I did bunny hops on the tall bike for the judges.

Looks like a fun time! 8)

We just ran amuck the entire parade, like a swirling vortex of bicycles. One of my students was on my Sand Rover and when I would get to the car in front of us and have to turn around he would purposely cut me off on the inside, being on a tall bike I would just have to keep going forward and about 3 times it caused me to have to ride in front of the car in front of us. Towards the end me and the other tall bike got tangled up in the back and we had to ride behind the truck full of cheerleaders behind us. They laughed at us.
